Cardiospermum helicacabum is a homoeopathic medicine prepared from the whole fresh plant of Cardiospermum helicacabum (Balloon Vine), belonging to the Sapindaceae family. Traditionally used in folk medicine for skin eruptions, joint pains, and allergic complaints, its homoeopathic preparation has shown value in eczema, urticaria, rheumatic disorders, and catarrhal affections . It is particularly suited to conditions with itching, burning, and inflammatory swelling , often associated with nervous irritability and restlessness.
