Indications

Cerium metallicum is a homoeopathic medicine prepared from the metal Cerium, belonging to the group of rare earth elements. It acts chiefly on the stomach, nervous system, and female generative organs . Its most marked action is in controlling persistent nausea and vomiting , especially during pregnancy (hyperemesis gravidarum) and in spasmodic, nervous vomiting states . It also influences menstrual irregularities with nervous symptoms, making it useful in both gastric and gynaecological complaints. Avoid strong smells (onion, hing, mint, garlic) during use. Allow 15 minutes gap between two homoeopathic medicines, 30 mins gap between Homoeopathic medicines and food, or one hour gap between Homoeopathic medicines or another system of medicines.
