Indications

Amygdalus persica , commonly known as Peach Tree, is a valuable homoeopathic medicine prepared from the fresh parts of the tree. It exerts a marked influence on the stomach and gastrointestinal tract, with particular beneficialness in controlling persistent nausea and vomiting, especially in children and during pregnancy. Its sphere of action extends to gastric and intestinal irritation, urinary tract bleeding, and sensory disturbances, such as loss of smell and taste. It is especially indicated when the tongue is elongated, pointed, and red at the tip and edges, signaling acute gastric irritation. Common Name:  Peach SBL’s Amygdalus persica can be helpful in the following conditions: Persistent Nausea and Vomiting Especially beneficial in constant nausea and vomiting, regardless of cause or modality. Valuable in morning sickness during pregnancy, where even water may be rejected. Indicated when no form of food is tolerated, particularly in infants and children suffering from gastric irritation. Gastric and Intestinal Irritation Helps in gastric inflammation, marked by a red, elongated, pointed tongue, especially at the tip and edges. Indicated in intestinal upset with nausea and inability to retain food or fluids. Useful in digestive sensitivity in children, particularly during acute infections or teething. Urinary Bleeding and Irritation Indicated in hæmaturia and hæmorrhage from the bladder, often accompanied by ischuria (difficulty or suppression of urine). Acts on urinary tract mucosa in cases of bleeding due to irritation or inflammation.
