Indications
Pigmentation of skin in patches, Leucoderma and Squamous syphilides and sciatica.
White patches on the skin are best treated by this remedy and hence it is useful in cases of vitligo and leukoderma. It has a peculiar sensation of needle pricks felt in the chest with difficulty in respiration which make it a good remedy in cases of respiratory troubles too. On the skin it also acts well in the genital areas with chaffing of the skin.

Indications
Sensation of needle pricks from within outwards is a guiding symptom. Mind: Intense anxiety about the future. Mouth: Bitter taste of mouth with a furred tongue which is yellow-whitish in color, stiff and swollen. Mouth dry with loss of appetite. Stool and Anus: Watery stools that are green and slimy. Diarrhea at 8 a.m., with colic and backache. Diarrhea only in the daytime. Skin: Eruption on left wrist. Hypopigmented patches of skin. Sleep: Starts in sleep as if would fall out of the bed. Restless at night. Dreams of an excitable nature with seminal emissions. Other symptoms found in: 1. Head 2.
