Indications

Chlorinum is a deep-acting homoeopathic medicine prepared from Chlorine gas , noted for its profound influence on the respiratory tract, glands, skin, mucous membranes, and blood . It is particularly suited to conditions marked by ulceration, destructive catarrh, glandular enlargement, emphysematous breathing, and corrosive discharges . Its action is especially valuable in laryngeal affections (including diphtheritic states), chronic bronchitis, asthma, tuberculosis, throat ulcerations, and malignant skin conditions . Chlorinum also affects the circulation , producing weakness, faintness, and haemorrhagic tendencies. Common Name : Chlorine Gas – Cl ₂ SBL’s Chlorinum can be helpful in the following conditions: Respiratory and Laryngeal Affections • Helps in violent dyspnoea , gasping for air, and suffocative attacks—worse on the slightest exertion. • B ronchitis , laryngitis , and diphtheritic throat conditions with hoarseness and raw scraping sensation. • Supports emphysema and “air hunger,” where breathing becomes difficult, noisy, and laborious. • Aids in ulceration of the larynx and trachea with burning and corrosive expectoration. • Beneficial for loss of voice from overuse, irritation, or laryngeal weakness. • Helps when cold air instantly aggravates the breathing and induces coughing or suffocation. Tubercular and Catarrhal States • P hthisical (tubercular) tendencies , particularly with hectic fever, night sweats, and wasting. • Catarrh with profuse, acrid, corrosive mucus that excoriates the skin and air passages. • Helps chronic nasal catarrh with burning, ulceration , and obstruction. • Aids ulcerations inside the nose and throat, especially with offensive discharges.
