An episode of coryza often begins with irritation in the nose and throat, bringing a runny nose, frequent sneezing, and scratchiness in the throat. With increasing congestion, the nose may feel blocked, coughing may arise from post-nasal drip, and a mild headache or facial heaviness can occur. The discharge may be watery at first and can become thicker as the symptoms continue. SBL Bio-Combination 5 is a valuable preparation in coryzal states presenting with catarrhal irritation of the nasal passages and upper airways. SBL Bio-Combination 5 can be helpful in the following conditions: Coryza with headache and sneezing Persistent thick, white nasal or bronchial discharge Nasal obstruction and congestion Sore throat Cough

Ferrum phosphoricum 3X HPI – Helps in managing early inflammatory states; supports relief in heat, soreness, and congestion with headache, short, irritating cough. Kali muriaticum 3X HPI – Aids in thick, white, or tenacious mucus; supports blocked nasal passages, catarrhal swelling, and glandular congestion. Natrum muriaticum 3X HPI – Helps in managing watery coryza followed by congestion; supports frontal headache, sneezing, and irritation of nasal mucosa. Kali sulphuricum 3X HPI – Supports in nasal blockage, and in chronic nasal discharge. In equal proportion Excipients q. s. to 1 tablet of 100mg.
