This is the desperation of those who have undergone long continued mental torture and physical agony, when the mental distress is so great that they feel the mind will give way under the strain. They fear they will lose control of their thoughts and actions and be impelled to do things they cannot resist, acts which in happier times they would not consider for one moment. Fear of mind being over-strained, of doing fearful and dreadful things, yet they have the thought and impulse to do them.

Dosage: Take about two drops from the stock bottle and add it in a little water, milk or any way convenient to consume. In urgent cases the doses may be given frequently or at interval of 2 to 3 hours depending upon case. In those unconscious, moisten the lips frequently.
